This Ksh. 95 Million Project involved development of 30 executive apartments along Rhapta Road in westlands. This Project was designed with a very high level of finish to attract high income clientèle - tenants and buyers.

The Client, Akuria A Kangari Investments Ltd, intended to sell half of the development, 15 apartments, and retain the rest of them for rental income. This project was completed in the first quarter of 2006 and is currently fully occupied as planned by the client.
